  Came in tonight with my two daughters, mother, and girlfriend! We waited 15 after ordering drinks until they arrived, then another 25 until we even saw our original waitress, Mia, again! She only had two other table one was 2 guests. It's really upsetting when one of your favorite restaurants gives you service you would expect from McDonald's! It will be a while before I come back!

  I have my favorite plates that I choose and they always come like I planned it it's great that they have got their recipes down to a science that they can keep you coming back for that particular flavor of your craving

  The food was okay (not great). Karlissa was our waitress and she was not good at all. I ordered two appetizer dishes, which should have come to a subtotal of $8. I was charged $9.50 for them because she rang me up for the 2 for $9.50 appetizer meal (which I didn't ask for). This was not the real problem. When I asked her about it she said that she rang it that way because it is cheaper, which I had to explain to her was not true since 9.5 is more than 8. THEN she asked me something along the lines of "are you complaining about a dollar?" Completely disrespectful. I told her it's not about a dollar but now that you mention it I would like the price adjusted. She said she would do that and also get her manager. She returned shortly after (without her manager) and my new ticket had $1 taken off of it, and now since it's "about a dollar," this was not good enough because there was actually a $1.50 price difference. I asked if I could speak to the manager and she said the manager was busy in the back and couldn't come out, which was not true since within the next 2-3 minutes I saw the manager walking around tending to other customers. I spoke to the manager about what happened and she was very nice and helpful. She was respectful of myself, the waitress, and the situation. Great job on her part.
