  stopped here to get happy meals for my kids. They like it , not me. Anyway. They NEVER get it right. Something is always left out. Or they forget a part of the order. The receipt is always right. They charge me the right price but screw up the food. It can't be that hard! Holy Sh*t! Come on!
  Asked for a refund and and I heard what I assume was the manager tell a coworker "you know how how THEY are". Not sure what that means but I can guess. Hopefully something happens here but probably not. But you want a "living wage" to work at McDonalds huh? Figure out how to read a screen and put a burger in a bag and I will fight for higher pay right there with ya! Until then ...

  Screwed up from beginning. Kept rushing me through my order process. 1st window kept asking the wrong amount and order had to correct 2 times. Got the wrong food. Then when it was right 2 of the bfast sandwiches were burt. On top of it all my caramel mocha was not a mocha at all... Just a plain coffee. Didnt really understand since there was no huge rush

  Standard McDonald's experience. Crowded, noisy and a long wait in the drive thru. Staff was not very well organized and seemed to be running around like chickens with thier heads cut off.

  Consistent. I the way they don't stay as clean as they should, consistent on order errors. Less consistent with regards to caring if the customer is there or not. I have seen employees on the phone in the dining room, casual conversations when people in line waiting to order or pickup orders.
  
  For example, kids wanted McDonald's nuggets today. Daughter ordered the 6 piece kids meal. Wasn't asked about sides, just sauces. So we can 2 small fries in the box instead of th normal apples or yogurt we order. Ordered apple juice, got nothing. This seems standard for this location. Just can get it right and always wasiting time and money here.

  Service was slow. Tea was disgusting, tasted like the tea leaves had been used multiple times, and no sugar. Under staffed. Burgers were cold and the buns were kinda stale. Fries were warm, but also kinda stale .
